Return and Refund Policy to buyers
Our Return and Refund policy consists of:
- Terms of return Customers have 30 days from date of delivery to return items. Returns are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding holidays) after returned items are delivered to our facility. Customers will be emailed a store credit code to use for purchase or full refund.
- State of return The following items are "Final Sale" All accessories, cosmetics, lingerie, swimwear, sale items, special day promotional items. We do not provide return shipping labels. We accept returns with (No stains, No deodorant, No fragrance, No makeup) items must be unworn and unwashed with no alterations. We will not accept returns if item(s) have any of these conditions above.
- Reason for return If items shipped arrive damage, defected, or wrong item(s) please take photo or video of item(s) same day of delivery and email to service@xquisvigor.com within 5 business days. Once our staff receive confirmation of damage, defected, or wrong item(s), full refund or store credit can be applied.
- Store credit on returns $75 or more
- Process for return Return item(s) to our facility within 30 days. Send confirmation to service@xquisvigor.com or contact customer service by phone or text at 678-338-8752.
- Process of refund Merchant will refund full payment back to customers form of payment used or store credit code, once item(s) have arrived to our facility. Staff must received confirmation date stamped of photo/video same day of delivery within 5 business days of damage, defected, or wrong item(s), Customers should receive refund within 3-5 business days after items are returned. If customers do not receive refund with 3-5 business days, customers should check with their financial institution on updates. Customers will receive confirmation of refund being sent.
