Shipping Policy to buyers
Our Shipping policy consists of:
- Shipping Policy Shipping will be paid by the customer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item(s) is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping will be refunded to customer. If items shipped arrive damage, defected, or wrong item please take photo or video of item(s) same day of delivery and email to service@xquisvigor.com within 5 business days. Once our staff receive confirmation of damage, defected, or wrong item(s), full refund or store credit can be applied.
- We do not provide return shipping labels.

Contactless Delivery We delivery within 1 hour 📦 up to 15 miles only from Historic Westend Atlanta (Saturdays and Sundays 12noon -7pm est) Note: Any orders placed outside of delivery hours for Georgia residents will be delivered the next working day within a hour of the start of the delivery schedule time.
- Backorders All item(s) purchase backordered will be shipped within 21 days. Allow up to 3 additional days for processing and handling. Note: Contact customer service about backordered item(s) before purchase to ensure item(s) are still available at the warehouse, Thanks.
